[187 A.D.2d 652 Page 652] In a juvenile delinquency proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 3, the appeal is from an order of disposition of the Family Court, Kings County (Hepner, J.), dated April 30, 1991, which, upon a fact-finding order of the same court, dated April 11, 1991, made after a hearing, finding that the appellant had committed acts which, if committed by an adult, would have constituted the crimes of assault in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, assault in the third degree, and menacing, and was guilty of unlawful possession of a weapon by a person under 16, adjudged him to be a juvenile delinquent, and placed him with the Division for Youth for a period not to exceed 18 months. The appeal brings up for review the fact-finding order dated April 11, 1991.
